Firstly log into your account and retrieve your room access code OR open your Room Access Code Email you would have received upon booking.

Below is a video showing the operational instructions on how to use the Access Code for your room:

UNLOCKING YOUR DOOR INSTRUCTIONS

 

1. Press the [SCHLAGE] oval button to turn on the blue keypad backlight.
2. Enter the above 10-digit Access Code. (Each digit must be entered within 10 seconds)
3. Upon correct entering, you will hear the ascending tone and while the [SCHLAGE] oval button is flashing green light, open the door within 5 seconds to enter.

FAQ / TROUBLESHOOTING

The following is the light & sound indication about operation status.

CORRECT OPERATION: The lock will beep with ascending tone and flash a green light.

INCORRECT OPERATION: The lock will beep with descending tone and flash a red light.

LOW BATTERY ALARM: The lock will beep high and low tones alternatively and continuously flash a red light after the lock has successfully opened. In this case, please notify us by calling 07305 752 668 immediately.

ENTER INACTIVE STATE: The lock will enter inactive state for 30 seconds after entering 3 times wrong code in a row. After the inactive time has passed, the next wrong code will make the lock to enter inactive state for another 30 seconds.
